Why did we start Able & Ready Transportation, Inc.?
The CEO of Able & Ready Transportation, Inc., Rhonda M. Clark, was born with Cerebral Palsy over 50 years ago and was not expected to live 48 hours. She uses a power wheelchair for mobility. When it came time for her to be tested to see if she could drive, she was unable to safely drive due to the lack of eye-hand coordination, poor depth perception, and slow response time. Her desire for freedom, independence, and the ability to be able to go where she wanted and needed to go prompted her to provide the resource not just for herself but for others facing the same struggles. Able & Ready Transportation, Inc. believes that we are your key to independence and that if it’s done right, it will run right!
How did we come up with the name?
Able & Ready Transportation, Inc. is named in honor of Rhonda M. Clark’s first service assistance dog, Art II, because he was always able & ready to serve her and he also provided her with greater independence which is exactly what we provide for those who use our service!
WHEN DO WE PROVIDE SERVICE? DO WE OFFER AFTER HOURS SERVICE?
We provide service 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Holiday hours may vary.
DOES ABLE & READY TRANSPORTATION, INC. ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL INSURANCE AS A FORM OF PAYMENT FOR RIDES?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept medical insurance at this time due to insurance limitations. Forms of payment accepted include: all major credit cards and debit cards. No cash please.
